“The entrance to Hotel was a difficult maneuver for the handicapped.”

“The pool was out of order but advertised it’s open until midnight when you call the hotel on their recording. Hallways smelled awful, like cooked food. TVs were very outdated, it looked like ants crawling on our screens . Floors were dirty also. Other than all of that, the room size was great and location you can’t beat.”

The room (Handicap Accessible) was not good..Water didn't work in the sink, ice bucket was filthy, bed was terribly uncomfortable-(could feel the springs in the mattress)hair left on the bathroom floor, toilet seat loose, hand held shower head was Filthy, no drain stop for tub, breakfast "buffet" was a regular complimentary breakfast with rubbery fried eggs and cheap sausage links added, and as I was walking up to the desk to check out-with my registered...

“This hotel was the cheapest rate we found for a newer hotel. The sweetness of the deal did not last as long as living with a budget hotel. The pro’s: the staff was nice, our tv worked the first two days, we loved having the mini fridge and microwave in the room. We asked a staff member what we should see in Benton Harbor. He told us they have a Walmart and did not recommend anything else. (We enjoyed South Haven and Holland, Mi. Benton Harbor has a high crime rate.) When we needed clean sheets I...

“The breakfast on Saturday morning was the best part of the whole stay. Great server great food and quite tasty ! The room was very clean but the internet was intermittent The TV was on and off every time it rained. Plus our room phone did not work at all.... Needs work. ✌”
